Gần đây mình có giao dịch nạp tiền từ tài khoản liên kết tpbank đến túi thần tài Momo với số tiền 10 triệu vào chiều ngày 10/11/2025 lúc 14:41 pm (ảnh giao dich đã gửi cho bên momo ngay ngày hôm đó khi ko thấy dấu hiệu tiền đc cộng vào tài khoản, mình cả report trên app lẫn gửi email rồi). Trong khi tài khoản ngân hàng của mình đã bị trừ tiền thành công, nhưng tài khoản momo lại chưa thấy cộng, giờ ko biết số tiền đã nạp vào MoMo đã đi đâu và đang được xử lý ra sao?...
